Mission
NorthStar’s mission is, quite simply, to take the mystery out of the college admissions process. With more than 3,000 colleges to choose from, the task before a high school student is daunting. For parents, the process is often complicated and the cost of college so high, that the task ahead seems formidable.
My goal is to simplify the process as I work with students to choose “right fit” colleges. After choosing a list of colleges, together we prepare the best possible application package – a package that lets the personality of each student shine through. Throughout the process, I keep the student on track as deadlines loom and each college has its own set of requirements and essays that need to be submitted. With careful planning and organization, together we can navigate our way through the college maze.
